LIFT99 reached out for help redesigning the landing page for their Coaches for Ukraine website, to gear up for launching the third volume of their startup coaching program. They needed a new look that would capture their personality while engaging founders and getting them excited to apply.

Key Improvements in Redesign

  • Engaging visuals: Illustrations and LIFT99's signature yellow add personality, visual interest, and brand recognition to the page.
  • Modern, friendly aesthetic: Updated elements of the design contribute to an inviting look-and-feel that aligns with Coaches for Ukraine's mission.
  • Clearer communication: Streamlined copy and intuitive organization make essential information about the program, such as the curriculum and timeline easier to find and digest. The page now effectively communicates the key details founders need to understand the program's value.
  • Enhanced scannability: The redesign features skimmable sections with illustrative icons, tags, concise descriptions, and "Learn more" links that allow visitors to quickly grasp the highlights of the program.
  • Prominent CTA: The "Apply for the group" call-to-action button is strategically placed, ensuring it remains visible and top-of-mind as visitors scroll through the page.

Conclusion

In redesigning Coaches for Ukraine's landing page for their third volume of startup coaching, I had the opportunity to apply my design skills to support a mission-driven initiative. Although the program was ultimately postponed and the updated page not published, I am grateful for the experience and skills I gained throughout this project.
